4 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 can diced tomatoes & green chilies, undrained
1 cup chopped onion
½ teaspoon garlic salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 package (14.5 ounce) nacho cheese tortilla chips (Doritos)

Directions:
In a large bowl, combine all but Doritos. Mix well. Crush chips, set aside one cup for the topping. Add remaining chips to the chicken mixture. Spoon into a greased 13x9x2 baking dish. Sprinkle with the reserved chips. Bake uncovered at 350º for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are bubbly.

My husband Joe and I attend the monthly J.O.Y. (Just Older Youth) Fling meal and game night at River of Life Church in Eastland. We have had many enjoyable evenings and made great Christian friends through this ministry. When I take this dish there is rarely any left over.
