1 can (15 ounce) crushed and unsweetened pineapple, drained
1 cup sour cream
1 package sugar free vanilla instant pudding
1 medium pie crust, baked
1 carton sugar-free whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, mix pineapple and sour cream. Add dry instant pudding and mix well. Pour into prepared pie crust. Spoon whipped topping over the filling. Chill before serving.
