Smoked Salmon Recipe

1 large piece of salmon
Trader Joe's Chili lime seasoning or chili peppers and lime with salt
Honey

Directions:
Directions:
Heat grill and only bring to low/smoke
I use a Traeger which has a smoke/low option
Place salmon on large foil/ sheet pan
cover with about 1/3 jar of TJ seasoning
Smoke for about 3/4 hour
Drizzle generous amounts of honey and continue to smoke for about another 1/2 hour.

Remove and serve
