1-lbs.swiss cheese, grated 1 Tbsp.flour 1 clove garlic 1 cup dry white wine 2 Tbsp.kirsch 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper French bread,cubed

Dredge cheese in flour, bring wine almost to a boil.Add cheese slowly, stirring constantly until melted. Add seasonings.When mixture starts to boil,add kir
