2 c beef stock
1 c water
1 Tbs butter
2 c white rice
1 Tbs olive oil
1 pound ground beef
salt and pepper
1 large onion
4 cloves garlic
1 green pepper
1 Tbs W sauce
2 c tomato sauce
2 tsp cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Bring beef stock, water, and butter to boil in a medium size pot. Add rice, reduce heat and cover pot. Cook 20 minutes.

Heat a large, deep skillet over med high heat. Add oil, beef, salt and pepper. Brown meat 2-3 minutes. Add onion, garlic, and green pepper. Cook 5-7 minutes until veggies are tender. Add tomato sauce, W sauce, and cumin. Bring to a bubble reduce heat to low, cook about 5 minutes more.

Combine cooked rice and meat mixture. Can be left on low until ready to serve.
