3 cups vidalia onions - chopped
3 cups mayonnaise
3 cups shredded Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together in a large bowl. Spread evenly in a 9x11 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes until top begins to brown.
Serve with Ritz crackers.
