5 pounds potatoes (mashed as as you normally would)
brick cream cheese
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until fork tender. Mash as you normally would. Add cream cheese and whip. You always want to add the fat before the liquid. Add egg and whip. Add milk until desired consistency.

Bake 350 for about 1 hour.
