1-Lb. Baby Carrots
2 tsp. Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
2 T. Honey Mustard Dressing
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º Toss the carrots in medium bowl with the lemon juice, dressing and salt and pepper. Transfer to baking sheet treated with pan spray. Roast in one layer for 30 minutes or until tender.
