1 c. butter
5 Tablespoons salt
5 tablespoons flour
3 cups heavy cream
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add flour and cook 10 minutes, stirring continually. Add salt, cream, sugar, and stir until mixture becomes thick. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour warm over bread pudding
