2 lbs. carrots peeled and sliced length wise
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tsp white sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan add carrots salt and pepper and sugar. Fill with water until covering carrots.
Cooked for about 30 minutes or to the tenderness you like.
