3 large eggs
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups milk
3 2/3 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar. Slowly add milk and beat. Combine dry ingredients and add to wet, beating until smooth and creamy.

Add 2 inches of oil in a large cast iron pot. When oil gets hot, pour batter into a funnel, using finger to cover hole. Move over hot oil and slowly release your finger so batter flows into the oil, moving funnel around to make designs. Brown on both sides then immediately remove & drain on paper towel. Sprinkle with cinnamon or powdered sugar.
