2 cups self-rising flour
2 eggs
1 (15 oz) crushed pineapple
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup brown sugar

1 1/2 cups sugar
2 sticks buttter
1/2 can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour,eggs and pineapple. Pour into a greased 13x9 inch pan. Sprinkle with pecans and brown sugar. Bake at 350º until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

In a saucepan, mix sugar, butter and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Pour over cake while hot.
