2 1/2 cups herb croutons
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 pounds breakfast sausage
4 eggs
2 1/2 cups milk, divided
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Spray Pam in a 9"x13" baking dish.
Brown and drain sausage and place in dish. Add croutons. Beat eggs, milk (2 cups) and mustard and pour over dish. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top. Refrigerate overnight. Combine soup and 1/2 cup milk and pour over the top.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
