1 bag Foster's boneless and skinless chicken thighs (4-6 pieces)
1/2 c. Progresso Bread Crumbs (Italian Style)
Drizzle of Light Tasting Olive Oil
1 large zip lock bag

Directions:
Directions:
Find the kids. Give them the zip lock bag to hold. Insert chicken thighs and drizzle olive oil into bag. Close bag and have the kids shake, shake, shake. Sprinkle in bread crumbs. Close bag and have the kids shake, shake, shake. Place chicken on baking sheet or shallow pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 375 in oven. Change oven setting to Broil for 2-3 minutes for a crunchy crust.

Serve with rice and salad for a complete meal.

Add more bread crumbs for more taste and coating. This is a fun recipe for kids to help out in the kitchen. Make sure to wash their hands well afterwards.
