Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 c very warm water
½ c oil
½ c honey
1 T salt
3 rounded T yeast
5 c flour (add more as needed; I usually end up adding 1-2 c more.)

Directions:
Directions:
Add yeast to water. Combine remaining ingredients and then add the yeast mixture. Once ingredients are combined, knead in mixer for about 10 min. Grease bowl, cover and let rise until double in size. (This dough is great at rising. It usually takes less than an hour.) Shape into rolls, place on greased pan, and let rise until double in size. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.

Personal Notes:
My cousin, Liz, uses this roll recipe because it is dairy-free for her children with allergies. It’s my favorite roll recipe. They are soft and delicious and the dough really is amazing; it rises super fast
