1 TABLESPOON VANILLA EXTRACT

PREHEAT OVEN TO 275*

WHIP BUTTER UNTIL LIGHT AND FLUFFY , ADD CORN STARCH AND ICING SUGAR CONTINUE TO WHIP UNTIL FLUFFY, GRADUALLY ADD FLOUR AND VANILLA , CONTINUE TO WHIP UNTIL VERY LIGHT AND FLUFFY ABOUT 5 MINUTES . DROP BY SPOONFULS ONTO COOKIE SHEET , BAKE ABOUT 12 TO 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
