1-1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage
2 dashes of tabasco
tsp. soy sauce
sprinkle of all-purpose flour
heavy whipping cream
1% milk
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage in large pan.
Leave in pan and add dashes of tabasco and soy sauce. Sprinkle all-purpose flour over sausage.
Pour in a combination of heavy whipping cream and 1% milk (60/40) (cream adds a element of sweet to this dish). Add a few dashes of pepper.
Heat on medium low to medium. Stir frequently. If it gets too thick, you added too much flour. If too thin, add more flour.
Cook until hot. Do not burn.

Serve over:
heat and serve croissants (tube) or heat and serve grand biscuits.
