Ingredients:
2 lbs. fresh green beans, sliced on the diagonal, into 1" long pieces
8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts, rinsed and well-drained
10 oz. can sliced mushrooms, rinsed and well-drained
2 cloves garlic
2-10 oz cans condensed cream of mushroom soup (not light or low fat)
2 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
dash pepper
3 oz. can french-fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
1. Steam green beans, undercooking slightly. Plunge into cold water and then drain to stop cooking process. Place in lightly greased 9" x 13" Pyrex casserole. Add water chestnuts and mushrooms to casserole and mix well.

2. Steel knife blade: Drop peeled garlic through feed tube while machine is running. Process until minced. Add soup in condensed form (do not add water), soy sauce and pepper and blend with several on/off turns, or mince garlic by hand and place these same ingredients in small bowl and mix.

3. Pour this mixture over the vegetables in the casserole and mix well. Top with french-fried onions. (May be prepared up this point and refrigerated).

4. Bake in preheated 350ºF oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until bubbling and onion rings are nicely browned.
