2 chickens, cut into 8th
1 cup Kraft Italian Salad dressing, low calorie if you wish, or French or Catalina dressing
9 oz jar apricot jam (E.D. Smith triple fruit - has more fruit, less sugar)
1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place chicken pieces in a large roasting pan.

2. Combine remaining ingredients and process using steel knife blade for a few seconds, until blended; or place all ingredients in bowl and stir to combine. Pour over chicken. (May be marinated for several hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator. Turn once.)

3. Bake uncovered in preheated 350ºF oven for about an hour, until nicely browned. Baste occasionally. Freezes well.
