½ cup butter
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs, beaten
½ tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
dash of salt
1 8 or 9 inch pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Brown butter over low heat in a saucepan until it is golden brown. Do not burn; set aside and let cool. In a mixing bowl combine all other ingredients. Blend in browned butter. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425º for 10 minutes then lower the heat to 325º and bake for 40 minutes.
