Egg Rolls

3 pkg. egg roll wrappers
2 pkg. coleslaw mix
1 - 16 oz. can bean sprouts (drained well)
1 bottle "Accent" flavor enhancer
1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. ground pork

Sweet and Sour Sauce:

¾ c. water
¼ c. sugar
¼ c. white vinegar
¼ c. ketchup

Egg Rolls:
Brown meats on medium heat. Once browned, add coleslaw mix. Cover and steam on medium-low heat for approximately 20 minutes. Uncover and drain. Add bean sprouts, "Accent," and salt/pepper to taste. Place approximately ⅓ c. of mixture in each wrapper. Roll diagonally, folding in sides as you roll. Seal last corner with dab of flour/water paste. Cook in deep fryer 4-5 egg rolls at 375º F. until brown.

Sweet and Sour Sauce:
Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil. After mixture boils a few minutes, thicken with cornstarch. Add sliced carrots, chopped green pepper, and pineapple chunks.
