lb small cooked shrimp
6 slices good white bread
4 Tbsp butter ( stick), softened more if needed
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
2 green onions, minced
2 Tbsp parsley, minced
3 eggs
tsp salt
tsp Dijon mustard
1 cups of milk
cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Slice bread diagonally. Spread butter on one side of half of the bread and arrange in bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Top with half of the onions, parsley, shrimp, and cheese. Repeat layers. Whisk together eggs, salt, mustard,, milk, and sour cream. Pour over all and refrigerate over night. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until puffed and golden.
