4 cups cherry tomatoes
4 cloves garlic, thick sliced
½ cup olive oil
1 Tbsp garlic salt
1 tsp dried basil
¼ tsp red chili flakes
fresh ground pepper to taste
½ lb shell pasta, medium sized
½ cup grated Parmesan
4 oz crumbled goat cheese
4 cups broccoli florets

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, stem, and dry cherry tomatoes. Place in a 9x13 baking dish. sprinkle garlic pieces randomly between the tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle on pepper, garlic salt, dried basil, and red chili flakes. Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 1½ hours or until nicely browned. Rinse and cut broccoli into florets. Cook pasta and add broccoli to the boiling pasta for the last 2 minutes it cooks. Drain pasta and broccoli. In a large serving bowl combine pasta and broccoli, tomatoes, and Parmesan. Top with crumbled goat cheese and serve hot.
