1 lb lean ground beef
2 eggs
1 package Lipton onion soup mix
⅔ cup Felice's bread crumbs
tsp salt
freshly ground pepper
2 Tbsp canola or vegetable oil
2 cups water
2 cups sour cream
1 lb hot cooked egg noodles
1 Tbsp parsley, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef with eggs, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and half of the onion soup mix. Heat oil in skillet. Form meat mixture into small balls and fry in skillet until brown on all sides. Mix 2 cups water with other half of soup mix and pour it over the meatballs. Bring to a boil and reduce to medium heat. Cook uncovered until the water is reduced to half (approx 25 mins). Remove meatballs and set aside. Mix sour cream into sauce over very low heat. Do not boil. Return meatballs to the skillet and toss gently to coat. Turn off heat when thoroughly heated but do not boil. Sprinkle with parsley and serve over hot cooked noodles.
