2 Tbsps butter
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 red or green pepper, chopped
1 lb all beef hot dogs, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 680 ml can tomato sauce
3 tsps chili powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cayenne

Directions:
Directions:
In a frying pan with a lid, heat butter until foamy.
Add hot dogs and cook until browned.
Add onion and pepper and cook until onion is transparent.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes.

Serve over rice or orzo.
Can substitute a couple pieces of bacon, chopped for the butter. Cook bacon until the fat has been rendered and then continue with the recipe.
