1 large clove garlic, peel & mash
1 pound mushrooms
1/4 C dry white wine
2 TB chopped fresh parsley
olive oil
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat skillet to medium-high. Add olive oil to coat bottom. Add garlic & saute, stirring often, about 3 minutes. Discard garlic. Add mushrooms to hot oil. Toss & allow to sit undisturbed, about 4 minutes. Turn each over to sear other side. Then pour in wine once all liquid has evaporated. Stir until wine evaporated, remove from heat & add parsley, salt & pepper.
