Ingredients:  
1 loaf of French Bread
1 brick Swiss cheese or Monterey Jack Cheese

Melt together the following on the stove:

1/2 C. butter
1 T. chopped nuts
1 T. Boetjes mustard or regular mustard
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 T. poppy seeds
1/2 tsp. Lowry's salt

Directions:
Directions:
Make diagonal cuts evenly almost through the bread at regular intervals.
Put the bread in a nest of foil.
Brush the melted solution into the cuts of the bread.
Slice the cheese and put the slices between the cuts.

Bake 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
