1 18.25 oz white cake mix
1 C flour
1 C sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/3 C water
1 C sour cream
2 TB vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract (clear)
1 tsp almond extract
4 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º Grease & flour a 9x13 pan or 2 8-9" round pans, or use 30 cupcake liners. In large bowl add dry ingredients: cake mix, flour, sugar & salt. Stir on low w/mixer. Add the wet ingredients: water, sour cream, oil, extracts & egg whites. Beat on low till incorporated. Increase speed & beat 4 minutes. Bake cupcakes 20 minutes. Bake round pans 35 minutes & 9x13 for 40 minutes. Toothpick s/b clean. For cupcakes, cool 5-10 minutes & remove from pan & place on wire rack. For other sizes, place cakes right side up on wire rack to cool.
