6 eggs, beaten
3/4 C milk
1/4 C flour
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 C cottage cheese
1 1/2 C 1/2" cubes cheddar cheese
1 15oz. frozen chopped spinach
6 TB butter, melted
3 C fresh breadcrumbs

Directions:
Thaw and drain spinach. Preheat oven to 350º & grease a 13x9 pan. Combine eggs, milk, flour, salt & nutmeg in a mixer. Beat well. Stir in cottage cheese, cheddar cheese & spinach. Pour into pan. Bake 30 minutes. Combine butter & breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over top & bake another 30-45 minutes or knife inserted in center is clean.
