Put in a bowl
2 eggs beat until light add
1 C milk
1 tbsp. butter
1 C all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 450 degrees . Butter popover pans or muffin pans
Beat until evenly blended . The batter shour resemble heavy cream. Add more milk if necessary.

Fill pans 1/3 full

Bake 20 minutes Reduce the heat to 350 degrees and bake 20 minutes longer


if making Yorkshire pudding use the drippings from the roast instead of butter and put a tbps in each muffin pan before filling with the batter.

You can also place the drippings in a 9 X 13 pan then add the batter and bake the same way...
