4 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
3 tsp vanilla
2 &2/3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl combine eggs, sugar,spices, salt and vanilla
Blend in milk
Pour in a buttered 1 1/2 qt baking dish. Place baking dish in a pan with 1” water in it
Bake 325 degrees for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean
