3 lbs. shrimp (21 to 25 count)
1 c. Canola oil
2 tsp. shoyu
3 tsp. Hawaiian salt
3 T. honey
3 cloves garlic, crush through a garlic press

Directions:
Directions:
Do not peel the shrimp. Prep the shrimp by cutting the shrimp from the back, devein the shrimp, then put the shrimp to the side. In a bowl, mix together the oil, shoyu, salt, honey and crushed garlic. Add the prepped shrimp and mix everything together. Pour everything into a gallon sized Ziploc bag and lay the bag of shrimp flat on the counter to marinate for only 1 hour, making sure to flip the bag to the other side midway of the 1 hour. Grill the shrimp and enjoy!
