4 oz. Sharp cheddar Cheese
8 oz. Garbanzo Beans
8 oz. Cream Cheese
5 oz. sour Cream
1 Tbsp. White Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Paprika
1/4 c. Unsalted Butter
1/2 c. Mayonnaise
1/4 c. Buttermilk
1 oz. Horseradish
Dash Brown Ale
Directions:
Directions:
Grind cheddar cheese, then garbanzo beans in food processor. Transfer to mixer with paddle attachment.

Add cream cheese, sour cream and butter, beating until smooth. Add rest of ingredients and beat until well mixed and spreadable consistency. Serve over whole wheat crackers and bread.
