3-4 lb Chicken or 4-5 chicken breasts - boiled and de-boned- I use rotisserie chicken
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 small sour cream
3 Tablespoons poppy seeds
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg almonds
1 stick butter
Ritz Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Put Chicken in a pyrex dish. Mix soups, sour cream, poppy seeds and almonds (I don't always use almonds). Pour over chicken. Melt butter and pour over crumbled crackers. Top casserole with buttered crackers. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. If you double the recipe, leave off one can of celery soup.
