1 Box Corn Muffin Mix
1 Egg
1 Carton Sour Cream (8oz)
2 Cans whole kernel corn
1 Can Cream style corn
1 Stick Butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.

2. As the oven pre-heats, melt the butter in a casserole dish.

3. Mix all other ingredients.

4. Pour over melted butter.

5. Bake for 1 hour.
