Blueberry Brunch Cake Recipe

1 c. flour
⅓ c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 oz. salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
c. milk
⅓ c. salad oil
1 T. lemon juice
1 c. blueberries

Topping:
⅓ c. sugar
c. flour
c. mixed chopped nuts
1 T. cinnamon
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sift first 4 ingredients into mixing bowl. Mix egg, milk, oil, and lemon juice together. Stir into first mixture. Pour into well-greased 8" pan. Scatter berries over top. Mix ingredients for topping together. Cover the berries with topping.
Bake in 375 oven for 40 minutes.
