sift together
3/4 C sugar
1 C flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
Melt together
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
Add to the flour mixture. Stir in
1/2 C milk
1/2 tsp vanilla

1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 C white sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees - bake 40 minutes - let stand at room temp.

Pour into a buttered baking dish 9x9"
Over the top scatter, without mixing:
1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 C granulated sugar
4 tbps. cocoa
Pour over the top 1 1/2 C cold water or coffee
