1 lb elbow macaroni
1-32 oz block of velveta cheese
1/2 cup stick butter
milk-enough to nearly cover the pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the pasta until tender. Drain well.
Cut the cheese into one inch cubes.
Cut the butter into slices.
Pour the pasta into a 9x13 baker.
Distribute the cheese and butter throughout the pasta.
Pour the milk over the pasta until it is nearly covered.
Bake at 350º for approximately 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until top is just staring to crisp.
Add milk if needed.

I use 1 block of velveta for 1-2 lbs of pasta. Once you move to 3 lbs increase to 2 blocks and 1 cup of butter.
