6 large egg yolks
6 large egg whites, beaten stiff
½ cup sugar
1 cup brandy
1 cup white rum
2 cups heavy cream, whipped
2½ cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks with a mixer until thick and lemon colored.
Gradually add sugar, beating continuously.
Slowly stir in rum and brandy.
Cover and chill several hours in the refrigerator, or overnight.
Just before serving, transfer the egg mixture to a punch bowl.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites, whipped cream and enough milk to thin, as desired.
Serve with a sprinkle of nutmeg on each serving.
