6 lg. egg yolks
6 lg. egg whites, beaten stiff
cup sugar
1 cup Brandy
1 cup White Rum
2 cups heavy cream, whipped
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat egg yolks with electric beater until thick and lemon-colored.
2. Gradually add sugar, beating continuously.
3. Slowly stir in rum and brandy.
4. Cover and chill several hours or overnight.
5. Just before serving, transfer egg mixture in a chipped punch bowl.
6. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites, whipped cream and enough milk to thin, as desired.
7. Serve with a sprinkle of nutmeg on each serving.
