1 pkg of Betty Crocker Brownie Mix
1 Egg
1/3 C vegetable oil
2 Tbs water
Parchment paper
Assorted nuts or morsels toppings of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients. Place parchment on cookie sheet or baking stone. Pour batter onto parchment sheet and spread evenly onto sheet. Put any type of nuts or baking morsels you would like and bake for 30 minutes.


Let cool. Break apart and serve. Brownie becomes like Bark and break into desired size pieces.

When I couldn't eat soft foods, I was craving for some brownies, which were not on my list of foods since they were soft. So, I played around with types of baking equipment and papers. AND BEHOLD, I created this simple use of parchment and Joan's Brownie Biscotti was born.
