3 cups shredded hash brown potatoes
⅓ cup melted butter
1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1 cup diced cooked ham
½ cup half and half
2 eggs
¼ tsp seasoned salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 425º. Grease a 9' pie plate. Press thawed hash browns between paper towels to remove excess moisture. Fit the hash browns into the pie plate and brush with melted butter. Bake 25 minutes in preheated oven. Sprinkle cheese and ham evenly over hash browns. Beat the eggs, half and half, and seasoned salt. Pour over cheeses . Reduce oven to 350º and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
