Homemade Quinoa Coconut and Chia Seed Branola Recipe

1-1/2 C Rolled Oats
1/3 C Quinoa (any color)
1/4 C Each Flax & Chia Seeds
1/2 C Chopped almonds
1/4 C Ea Sunflower & Pumpkin Seeds
1 tsp. Sea Salt
1/3 C Coconut Oil melted
1/2 C Honey or Agave
1 tsp Vanilla extract
3/4 C Dried fruit, such as cranberries, currants, dates or raisins
1/2 C Unsweetened Coconut flakes

Preheat oven to 325 F

Combine all ingredients except the fruit and coconut. Spread mixture out in a thin layer on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and stir. P lace it back in the oven for 10 more minutes. Remove and stir in fruit and coconut. Bake for 8 -10 minutes longer or until the mixture is golden brown.

Allow to cool. Store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
