Ingredients:  
2 c. stale cubed bread
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. scalded milk
3 eggs-slightly beaten
1 t. vanilla
4 T. butter
few grains salt.


Mix above ingredients.
Sprinkle top with cinnamon
Put in a greased pan

Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

1 T. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
Boil together
Add 1/2 t. salt
2 T. butter
1 t. vanilla
