8 medium potatoes
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup sweet pickles, diced
1/2 cup dill pickles, diced
1 cup favorite mayo
2 or 3 tablespoons mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the celery, sweet and dill pickles, mayo, and mustard and refrigerate. Steam or boil the potatoes. Peel while hot and dice. Add a light oil (canola) to coat, and salt and pepper to taste. Allow potatoes to cool. Toss potatoes with the celery and pickle mixture. Chill and serve.
