6-7 potatoes, peeled and diced
1/2 to 3/4 stick margarine
1 medium onion, diced
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp garlic salt
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, cubed
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Cream of Celery soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes and onions until tender in enough water to cover them. Do not drain water. Add cream cheese. Remove from heat and stir until cheese is melted. Add milk, soups, margarine and garlic salt. Reheat on low . Garnish with cheese, bacon or green onion tops.
