1 teasp salt
1 teasp sugar
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
2 teaspoons of prepared yellow mustard, like French's
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/4 teasp pepper
2 tablespoons Tarragon Vinegar
1/4 cup of chopped parsley

Plum or roma tomatoes, sliced in chunks

Directions:

Mix all of the ingredients, except tomatoes, well. Poor over chopped tomatoes and marinate at least two hours in the refrigerator. They are actually better the next day.
