1 1/3 cups minute rice and water
3 tbsp butter
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup chopped onions
2-3 tbsps soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a saucepan. Stir in rice. Remove from heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes. Meanwhile cook egg in butter in a 10 inch skillet until set. Add onion and rice. Cook & stir over medium heat until rice and onions are slightly browned, about 5 minutes. Combine 1/3 cup water and soy sauce together, stir into rice.
