1 (16 oz) pkg frozen green peas, thawed, uncooked
1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-size pieces
1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
1 envelope dry Ranch salad dressing

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the peas and cauliflower. In a small bowl, combine sour cream and salad dressing mix. Toss with vegetables and refrigerate.

Even better with half a chopped purple onion added.
