1 1/3 lb. ground turkey
1 4-oz package crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1 teasp dried oregano
1 teasp lemon zest
1/2 teasp salt

veg cooking spray

Toppings of your choice;
English cucumber ribbons or slices
greek yogurt
fresh mint
lettuce leaves
tomato slices

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together first 6 ingredients. Shape into 4 (1/2 inch thick) patties.

Grill, or heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Coat grill pan with cooking spray. Add patties and cook 5 minutes per side or until done.

Serve on bun (or not) with the toppings.
