Ingredients:  
3 lbs potatoes, diced
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup butter
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until tender. Cook onion and garlic in butter over medium heat until translucent. Add boiled potatoes and sour cream to onion and garlic. Mix and smash well. Add milk a little at a time until desired texture is reached.
